This quarterly program turns working managers into people builders.   

FORMAT:

  • All managers are involved in four-day-long training programs related to the themes mentioned above

  • All managers receive a 360 evaluation of their strengths and weaknesses

  • Rick conducts four one-on-one coaching sessions with each manager

TOPICS:

  • The role of a coach

  • Coaching your staff through times of change

  • Coaching your people to excel in a service environment

The Emerging Leaders Program

This quarterly program is designed to fast-track future leaders to be ready to step into new leadership roles.   

TOPICS:

  • Leadership is about influence more than title

  • You have to touch a person’s heart before you get their head

  • Don’t be a lone ranger – create a great inner circle

  • Poor leaders add followers, great leaders multiply leaders

FORMAT:

  • People of strong influence with leadership potential are selected for the program

  • Four day long classes develop the emotional intelligence abilities of the attendees

  • Three major group projects elevate their leadership preparedness

EXPECTED OUTCOMES:

  • Replacements are developed for retiring baby boomers

  • Future leaders are ready to step into significant new roles

  • Strong networking helps destroy departmental walls
